Bookings/Cancellations

Appointments broken without cancellation deprive another person of treatment.

We take credit card or Gift Voucher numbers for all bookings as 24 hrs notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Inside 24hrs or same day bookings are confirmed at time of booking.  If you cancel or “no show”, 100% of your treatment fee will be charged to your credit card or Gift Voucher. At Darlinghurst we send you an SMS reminder the day before, 2 days before on weekends so you can confirm, change or cancel your appointment via SMS, the day before (24 hrs) only. Thank you for your consideration toward Zen and our clients.

A Zen Gift Voucher is easy to get and great to give for that special person for any occasion. Just phone, e-mail or fax Zen today. We even Courier or Express Mail for a small fee.

We have put together a selection of our most popular treatments into a variety of packages. Choose any package or treatment. There are combinations of massage, natural therapies, skin care treatments and products available. You can order via email, this website, at reception, or via phone or fax. Gift vouchers are valid for six months and are not transferable for cash. Gift Vouchers must be presented to redeem treatments and services and cannot be replaced if lost. The recipient of a Gift Voucher may change their services to any other treatment or product of the same value.

Payment Options

We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Please note personal cheques cannot be accepted unless by prior arrangement. Due to increased American Express fees, Zen regrets that we now need to charge a 3% fee for all American Express transactions.

Check-in

Please check in at reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to start relaxing and let the Zen experience begin.

Depending on your treatment for the day, you may need to fill in a consultation form. Late arrivals for appointments will be subject to reduced treatment times.

Parking

A Zen parking area at Darlinghurst is indicated on the location map or see this handy website www.whereis.com.au Parking cannot be guaranteed, it is on a first come first serve basis; Zen takes no responsibility for any car in the parking area. There is a pay carpark next door, Splash Carwash/Carpark + on the street.

Entrance to the Zen car park at Darlinghurst is on Victoria Street, Darlinghurst. Come through the rear entrance and leave your keys at reception.

Most Zen Massage Practitioners are members of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) or similar peak body associations.

Contact your health fund to find out which therapies are included in your level of cover.

Why not join the Zen Club … On your third booking you can join The Zen Club and receive the following benefits:

• Points earned when you spend on Services & Products
• 1 Point is worth $1 ~ redeemable for Treatments only
• Receive e-mail-outs, specials, gifts and prizes
• Points must be redeemed within 12 months of accrual date or they will expire eg. points earned in February expire Ferbruary the next year
• Points are not transferable to other parties
• Points are not redeemable for products, gift vouchers, or cash
