Can I customise a package?

Within reason. Swapping a facial of the same length is usually fine. Call us and we will work it out.

Which package should I choose if it is my first visit?

Start with a two-treatment package around 90 minutes — long enough to properly unwind without committing half a day. Zen Duo pairs a massage with a facial and is the most-booked package for exactly that reason.

How long should you allow?

Our shortest packages run 60 minutes and the longest, Zen Dream, runs three hours. Add ten minutes at the start for consultation and a little time at the end — most guests do not want to walk straight back into Macleay Street.

For groups and couples, book at least a week ahead. We only have a limited number of rooms that can run side by side, and weekends go first.
